Welcome to our New Rider Course. The three day New Rider Course is designed for riders with zero-to-limited riding experience. Combining the time-tested curriculum of the Motorcycle Safety Foundation® with experienced riding instructors, the Liberty Harley-Davidson New Rider Course offers hands-on instruction and riding experiences that can teach you the necessary skills of motorcycle operation and riding. A proven blend of classroom instruction and range riding, the New Rider Course delivers the basics of motorcycle operation. You’ll learn from devoted instructors certified by both the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) and Harley-Davidson. After passing written and riding skills evaluations, you'll receive an MSF RiderCourseSM Completion Card that could exempt you from the written and/or riding portion of the motorcycle license test, as well as possibly qualify you for discounts on insurance.
